I cannot play html5 video I get an error, "Your browser does not support HTML5 video" when I try to play videos.

When I try to play HTML5 videos in IE9, I get the message that "Your browser does not support HTML5 video"

When I load this page http://ie.microsoft.com/testdrive/graphics/videoformatsupport/default.html

NONE of the videos are supported as the video frames give messages that state:

Your browser cannot play H.264 high profile content with the HTML5 video element.
Your browser cannot play WebM content with the HTML5 video element.
Your browser cannot play H.264 baseline profile content with the HTML5 video element.

I have updates current to today, reset IE9 to all default settings, disabled all non-MS plugins and still cannot get HTML5 video to work.

How can I fix this?
