000Webhost.com web builder

I am using 000webhost ant the problem is I want to upload files to website builder (which i have) and then on my help forms page I want to post these files like pdf's where they can click on them and then view the form they click. i Have asked them already how to this and they said they cant help me because i am sighned up for free hosting services can i get some help??
