Mojang not sending emails

Hello

Since Microsoft owns Mojang I have to post here, because no answer from Mojang for the last 4 days; This is the issue:

When I sign in with my son to his Mojang account (We get in okay) Then we get to the part that we have to answer the security questions,  but we seem to have forgotten one or two of them; Okay so then we click on the link to be able to change the questions, we get a confirmation that the email was send and to check our the email for it but it never arrives! (4 days already) We have also send various emails utilizing the support form (Mojang) To no avail as well! So how can we approach this then?

I have already contact them for the last four days to no avail! I try a different browser nothing -

So I figure since Microsoft bought Mojang, then they should be able to fix this!

Something tells me that Mojang accounts may be related to Microsoft accounts (cf. Xbox Live Profiles [accounts] & Microsoft accounts).

If you are having issues with a Microsoft Account login, please create a Support Case.  A Microsoft Account Support Representative will contact you.  Select the link appropriate to the issue you are having.  Fill out the form with as much detail as you can then submit.

These forums are peer-to-peer. The majority of us don't work for Microsoft.
