Can't add pictures to new questions

Greetings.

In trying to write a question that required me to display an image to explain the situation, the little editor we use to type the question, said "Something went wrong", and didn't add the image I needed.

I thought it might have something to do with the fact that I simply tried to paste the image here, so I saved my image in a file and tried to upload it. The upload was successful, but the image still didn't show up in the question.

As I couldn't add images in here either, I uploaded to a site of mine. Here are the examples:

Often helps if you submit the post without the image then edit the post and add the image.

Shouldn't be necessary but it's often a successful workaround.
