microsoft expertzone account deleted please help

It has been a while since I tried to log in to my expertzone account using the same microsoft account I have been using for years. Tried to log in and it is telling me my account has been deleted. Why was my account deleted? When I try to click on the link to contact support nothing happens. I just want to log in to an account I've had for like the last 10 years.
