When I try to print a PDF file I get a message " no printer connected etc. etc. If I try to print a HO test page it is OK. If I try to print from Adobe Acrobat it is OK. If I try to print from Outlook it is ok. It is only edge that won't print or find
a compatable printer. I am printint to a HO PhotoSmart Premium printer C309g.
There may be an issue with the settings or system files of Microsoft Edge. This can be the reason why you're unable to print PDF file in Microsoft Edge. If you're using Windows 10 version 1709, we recommend that you run the
Repair tool to resolve the issue in Microsoft Edge. To do this, follow these steps:
Click the Windows logo (Start button).
Click the gear icon (Settings).
Select Apps.
On the left pane, choose Apps & features.
On the right pane, look for Microsoft Edge and click it.
Click Advanced options.
Click Repair.
Check if you can print PDF files
If the issues persists, we recommend that you isolate the issue by using other web browsers for us to know if the issue is specific to Microsoft Edge or not.

Can't print a PDF to a wireless printer from Microsoft Edge, but I can from Google Chrome. I have followed the trouble shooting steps for Edge including the Repair step, but the problem persists.

Since you've already tried to repair the app, we suggest that you reset Microsoft Edge. Please note that resetting will remove your history, cookies, and any settings you might have changed. You can go to
Settings > Apps > Microsoft Edge >
Advanced options > Reset.
If the issue still persists, Please refer to this thread answered by
Tiero Chi about resetting Microsoft Edge through PowerShell. Using the PowerShell commands option is the last resort when troubleshooting Microsoft Edge.
