So I found a solution for this problem. Base reason for the problem is update of Edge browser to 41 on Windows 10. This upgrade isnt clean. It leaves residues in.

Solution to this is-

Open Command Prompt (Run as Administrator)

cd %homepath%\AppData\Local\Packages

rd Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe /s /q

cd %homepath%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\PRICache

rd Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_* /s /q

<these steps are to clean all the Edge instances on your machine. Usually there might be 38 & 40 versions on the machine>

Open PowerShell

Get-AppXPackage -Name Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge | Foreach{Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml” -Verbose}

<This will add Microsoft edge package to machine. If you see it missing then you might will have to use Add-AppXPackage command as well>

Open Command Prompt (Run as Administrator)

reg add "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Spartan" /v RAC_LaunchFlags /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
