Edge directs to: https://guce.advertising.com for AOL Mail

All of a sudden I am being directed to https://guce.advertising.com/collectIdentifiers when trying to access AOL Webmail through my Edge browser. I am able to access AOL Webmail on my iPhone, Safari Browser and on other browsers. 

I have ran multiple deep scans with Defender and have even reinstalled Windows 10 but the problem persists. I am even directed to https://guce.advertising.com/collectIdentifiers when in Edge Private Mode. No path through Edge will allow me to access AOL Webmail.

After receiving and reading nothing but incorrect and unhelpful information on this Microsoft Community answers site I contacted AOL Support and was able to resolve my issue:

We're sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.

We recommend following the steps outlined below for the issue you are experiencing: 
1. Go to Internet Options ( search it from the 'Start' button )
2. Go to the second tab("Security")
3. For the first zone, named "Internet" - press Reset all zones to default level
4. Go to the third zone: "Trusted Sites" and click on "Sites"
5. Type in https://guce.advertising.com then click on Add and Close
6. Hit Ok and reboot the browser.
