How do I import passwords to Edge?

Clicking Import only imports bookmarks from Chrome, it does not import browsing history, cookies, passwords and settings as advertised.  

I can export my passwords from Chrome to a .csv file, convert that file to any file format, but how do I import it into Edge?  

I watched Linus Tech Tips recent video about Edge being good now, but I'm running into nothing but problems.  Importing a list of 3 fields (site, login, pass) is a web browser feature from over 15 years ago, why not now in 2019 with Microsoft's most advanced browser?

Please follow this procedure:

1. Open "Edge"
2. Click on the three dots on top-right
3. Click on "Settings"
4. Click on "General"
5. Click on "Import or Export"
6. Click on "Chrome"
7. Click on "Import"

Sorry, my fault. Can I ask you which version of Edge you have?

1. Open "Edge"
2. Click on the three dots on top-right
3. Click on "Settings"
4. Click on "General"
5. Scroll until the end of settings, here you have your Edge version.

Then try to reset Microsoft Edge :

1. Press WINDOWS + I
2. Click on "App"
3. Digit "Microsoft Edge" in the search bar on the right
4. Click on "Microsoft Edge"
5. Click on "Advanced Option"
6. Scroll down to "Reset"
7. Click on "Reset"

Then check for updates in Microsoft Store. Once done, repeat the operation to import.
Under Chrome, you see "Bookmark, Navigation History, Cookies, password"?
