Microsoft Edge won't load any pages after updating to Windows Update 10, Version 1809

I updated my desktop computer to Feature Update to Windows 10, version 1809 and now my Edge browser won't load any pages.  I have tried different remedies to previous Windows 10, version updates and nothing seems to be working.

Is there going to be another update to get this resolved or what else can I do to get Edge to work again?
