Why are my shortcuts gone from Microsoft Edge app account after downloading? Computer is broken. It was a while since I used Microsoft Edge (no pc and gotten iPhone recently), yet shortcuts and settings in the app are all gone. Does it refresh after no long term use? Or is it a bug?My profile pic, passwords, and points remain. Shortcuts are missing. So I’m confused what is going on here.Thank you.

Whenever I try to confirm my reward, It simply just takes me back to the confirm reward menu. I've tried checking my email, no response. I've refreshed the page, still does nothing. And I have tried restarting my browser and computer. Nothing has worked. Is this an issue on Microsoft's end? Or my end? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi I am currently using Edge and in performance mode.My tabs keeps on sleeping and after I get back to them (in like less than 1 minute) it goes blank and it restarts the website again.I have tried with setting the sleep tab for 12 hours and this issue still persist.For your reference I am using:Microsoft Edge for Business Version 135.0.3179.85 (Official build) (64-bit)Here are the screenshot from the Settings - Performance

Why can't Edge just have a "Restore Previous Session" button available when Edge unexpectedly shuts down? Firefox is a breeze with that feature. Edge has the user going through all sorts of time-consuming and confusing gyrations to get to the previous session (a "session" being all the tabs that were open before the site crashed or the computer did an update/restart). Microsoft Edge should be an improvement, not a fail.

Using edge, opening a URL took a long time to load but when using google, the URL loads immediately.

Full page McDonalds ads keep popping up when I open a page from the main Edge screen. how can I get this to stop. I've tried everything that has been suggested online. Still no dice.

For example: "Hmmm… can't reach this page www.---.com took too long to respond Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" Everything I have tried has not worked, my internet, firewall, proxy, and computer are all fine. Edge is up to date, and my Cache/Browsing History is completely cleared. Not sure what to do. All my games and other apps work fine, but not Edge.

The new msn homepage is absolutely awful and no amount of customisation can rectify this , I and many more would like to be able to switch back to Classic msn . If this option doesn't become available then I will have no other recourse than to ditch MSN altogether and use another provider .

I've been using my MSN account in Edge for years and yesterday I opened Edge and it's completely changed. MSN is now MSN Start and I can't believe how horrible the site is. The calculations perform as expected when using Acrobat Reader, Standard or Pro as the editor. Windows (2025-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5055523)), Edge (Version 135.0.3179.85 (Official build) (64-bit)), and Acrobat ((64 bit)(25.001.20435)) are up to date. Another telltale is that when a value is entered in a field the tab key must be pressed for the value to be formattedd as configured in Acrobat - the Enter key has no effect.

Brand new Edge user moving from Chrome. Pretty much have everything working the way I want, except one issue. Edge doesn't seem to be saving any history in text fields. I'm probably using the wrong terminology. I just mean any box you type things in. Chrome, in most cases, would have a history and when I start typing it would show all prior entries that match. Below is an example. I searched as much as I could, and I did find some posts over the past few years describing the same issue, but I have all the settings I think I should and still get no history. Not sure when this started, but Spell checker in MS Edge no longer offers suggestions for misspelled words. I have gone into Edges setting and ensured that Use grammar and spell-check assistance is selected as well as clearing the cache.

I am having trouble to gain access to my Microsoft rewards but I keep getting rewards.bing.com uses an unsupported protocol.But I don't know what to do and I have tried to do it on bing and chrome and also tried to log out then back in again but makes no difference. I just want to keep my streak going as I'm currently at 333 days.

My comments have been restricted for over 2.5 years. I have filed multiple appeals, and it says my account will be ready in 72 hour, it has said that for the past 2.5 years.
