How do I prevent Edge from always being on top of other windows?

Hi All

I am using 2 screens for my work. Chrome is using enormously CPU so I needed to switch to Edge and Explorer.

Where is the issue?...I want to continue with Edge but when working in Photoshop I keep my toolbars

at a second screen .. if I want to browse using Edge  at the same screen where the toolbars are I can't see them

The Edge browser always showing up in the front even if I am working at Photoshop

the toolbars are not visible, I have to minimalize the edge to see them which is a problem if I'm using photo references

for instance .. Do you know how, where to turn on and what so the Edge can go so to say in the back without having to minimalize it

Thank you in advance!

Thank you Don,

I'll prefer if there is a sort of settings that comes with Edge,

Explorer and Chrome behave that way by default

Don't hold your breath waiting for this. Internet Explorer has been around for more than 20 years and has never had this ability.

Try one of the utilities.

Dunno if this is the same issue, but there is a bug in Edge that causes it to sometimes insist on being on top of all other applications.  I think it happens after running videos full screen, but am not totally sure about the repro case.  The only way I've found to fix it is to kill all the Edge windows.  But it eventually returns.
