Bing already deindexed 4 of my websites and the same keeps happening to many of my friends and other webmasters as well. I am completely aware of the Webmaster Guidelines and everything I shouldn't do from 8+ years of experience managing websites... But even without violating a single one of them, the website is still getting deindexed. Not one, not two, it keeps happening over and over again.
When we contact them, some sites get back in the search results again after they manually remove the block and some of them not. Around 75% of the time, they are reindexing the sites. So, it clearly does NOT violate Bing guidelines and still got removed from the search.
The websites were up and running for over 4-5 years without any issues from any search engines. Only contains high-quality original articles. I can see many sites with extremely low-quality content still on Bing indexed without any issues. And the algorithm removes sites without any visible problems?
If there were any actual problems like malicious content or something, as most of the search engines including Google takes these issues seriously, I would have also got warnings from them. But it is not happening.
Bing also doesn't send any emails or warnings in their webmaster console as well. So, what is the point of a webmaster console if it doesn't even warn the webmasters about such a serious issue? Deindexing a website completely is way serious than removing certain URLs from the search. I wouldn't even care if Bing removed my sites because I did anything sneaky or against their webmaster guidelines. But this is just unacceptable...
So, what's happening here?
Bing also admitted there was an issue with Cloudflare users (https://twitter.com/facan/status/1321135009839771649). But it seems like the issue is not limited to Cloudflare users only. It affected many webmasters who don't have Cloudflare active on their website.
I am providing some links to similar topics so that anyone from Bing support can take a look at them. (They are not all, but I cannot post all of them because it will be too many links.)

So, is the Bing support going to give a resolution for this or keep sending "Follow Webmaster Guidelines" as their reply which clearly most of the deindexed sites follow? Or at least admit there is some kind of bug? I honestly don't think thousands of webmasters suddenly start violating their guidelines... Or maybe the latest indexing update had something wrong in it.
I have many more points to make that validates my statements. But I think you got my point. Any comments on this from anyone from Bing support? This is a tiny issue for Bing but a serious issue for a webmaster who has been working their entire career on a website and it should be resolved or at least provide a clear reply about "What the specific Problem on the website is" when we contact the support.
