Unsuspend Microsoft Rewards Account? - Help

My Rewards account was suspended over two years ago for some reason and now I decided to use it again. Is there a email I can contact to get it unsuspended? I really want to use it again.

Hi, Zelda4Shino,

Scroll down to Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver. Follow the steps outlined to contact the Arbitration Board. They can make a determination in your case.

Do you still have the emails regarding the suspension that you received from Microsoft Rewards? Include these when you fill out the form.

account suspended

Is this what you received when you attempted to log in?

The next step is the Arbitration method. Members that did follow this method have reported they were reinstated after following the steps to Arbitration. Their accounts were restored to them intact with all points accumulated prior to the suspension.

@iNarly,

If you have contacted Microsoft Rewards Team about the suspension, please be patient. Keep all correspondence/emails you receive from the team. If not receiving a satisfactory answer from them, do what I've advised Zelda to do. Fill out the Arbitration form. Include the emails you've received from Microsoft Rewards Team.

If you haven't contacted Microsoft Rewards Team about the suspension, please do that before proceeding to the Arbitration form. When looking at Microsoft Services Agreement there is a section for Microsoft Rewards. Read this section and verify if you have violated any of the terms set forth in the agreement.

Members have reported it took approximately 2 months to be reinstated but they were reinstated after that period of time.
