Bing Rewards sign in

Why can't I sign in to Bing rewards?  Every time I enter my user name and password Bing does not sign me in.  I enter my info and the bing page home screen shows that I am not signed in.  I try again and again and I am in an endless loop where I am unable to earn points.   I tried on my phone and desktop.  I used chrome and IE.

Have you recently changed your Microsoft Account password?

Log out on Chrome browser then log back in.

See if that works.

I changed my password, logged out and back in (Chrome and IE) and still have the same issue.  I am logging in using my gmail account.  Could that be part of the problem?  Is there a way I can transfer my Bing Rewards to a new account?

You might try clearing browser cache files including forms, passwords before attempting to log in again. 

Contact Microsoft Rewards Support for assistance. I don't believe Rewards can be transferred to a new account. Get clarification from the Support Team.
