Bing Rewards Quiz error?

Today's Bing Rewards Bonus History Quiz  has the question:

"Which 5 began serving as president in the 20th Century?"

Selecting 'Hoover' is marked as incorrect.  Hoover became president in 1929.  His predecessor, Coolidge, is marked as correct.  What's the deal?  Is this an error or did I miss something? 

I see that Bing has now changed the question to :

  "Who were the first 5 presidents elected in the 20th century"
