Bing Map Date

When activating BING Map at AutoCAD Civil 3D I got an image that is informed to be from 2017. I know the image date is not precise.

In this case the image being presented is at least 15 years old and is presented as been form 2017.

Can anyone clarify or Microsoft can better inform the image dates?

Here the image. It is from a industrial sand mine and the arrangement is from at least 15 years old.

The image indicates an image from 2017
