Why the **** bing app think I am in china

The situation is:

I download the app from google play. At first it is all normal, and it provided me english contents and there be a chat tap on the bottom of the home page. All normal, and it looks totally the same as what you show in the ads.

But after a while it all changed, what the ****. The title of the app first is "Bing" but now it is "微软必应", and there isn't any chat tap anymore. Even worst, it began to recommend me some god damn Chinese news. There is a confusing button written "international" and "domestic" in the top right of the home page. I tried this button but it does nothing.

I'm not using VPN.

My account nation is US LA

My account was registered in china several years ago.

My cell phone is Android and its brand is vivo.

I have a secondary SMS using Chinese phone number but my first is us.

I have tried reinstall the app and it just repeats the situation I showed before. And I also browsed in internet but there is nothing but methods for Chinese to bypass limits so that they can reach the app.

You good, thank you for your advice.

I have tried all that methods but it doesn't help.

So I just give up and turn to "microsoft edge" instead of "bing", which does not have that problem.

I also found the same problem with my edge browser on pc, and I solved that problem by installing a tempermonkey script that force bing to redirect to us.
