I recently changed my number associated to my Microsoft accounts, now when I try to claim something in Microsoft rewards it says I don't have a mobile number. but I clearly do.
Why isn't my mobile number reflecting?

I suggest that you try logging out and then logging back into your Microsoft Rewards account, clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or using a different browser. If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to MS Rewards Support to check your account: https://rewards.bing.com/support

Thanks for the response, I tried contacting MS rewards support, but they seem to misunderstand what I was saying. I hope this get fixed overtime, I tried logging in and out and clearing the caches and cookies but it didn't work
