Why is bing browser on my kindle fire tablet not allowing all content to show when I search?

I checked OFF for the selection on my settings of bing browser but its still filtering content. I have exited the browser then restarted it...same thing happens.

I understand that you are facing the issue with Bing Search engine on kindle tab.

I suggest you to try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser that you are using and then check if that helps. If the issue still persists then try to Reset the Browser and check. Also check for your account settings:
