Why does this happen when I try to redeem a digital roblox gift card?

I've been trying to redeem a digital roblox gift card for 100 robux since I have the required point needed but for some reason, it's not working. When I try to confirm the code it just says that there is an issue with my account or order. Does anyone know why it's like this?

I didn't do anything I just kept trying for a couple of days then it suddenly let me redeem the gift card I wanted but after that, it's back to not working.
