Why can't Bing Chat read pfs or webpages?

I have updated to the newest version of Edge, I have enabled 'Allow access to any webpage of PDF' and yet not matter what, I am always told it cannot do this.

Will this feature be in Bing Enterprise?

Examples

  • "I’m sorry for any confusion. I am a text-based conversational AI and do not have the ability to open web pages or read PDFs directly. I can, however, perform web searches and provide information based on the search results. Is there something specific you would like me to search for or provide information on?"

  • "I'm sorry, I can't chat about the page you have open. Try asking about anything else or open another page to chat about it."

however I know this is possible due to the articles and videos such as this -

Do you have the Edge Dev browser? With the new Bing access, you can access the Discover sidebar that contains Chat and Compose as new tabs that use Bing Chat.

Hi Kay, this was working for me a few weeks ago. After updating Edge today, I tried again and now I get the same responses as you.
