When I click on bing icon every time it shows Please go to account.microsoft.com/profile and update your date of birth information.

Go to Microsoft account | Your profile to change it.

doesn't work at all. I have already filled in my date of birth. It keeps on giving me the same tip.

Same here. It keeps asking me to update the DOB information. However, I've been filled in this information when I created the account.

This solution worked for me only after I made sure i was logged in when accessing Bing.

Click "Login" at the top right hand side of the screen when on bing.com

I am logged in, the date is already correct and I can’t get into Bing! It’s the same on my iPhone and Mac laptop.

I encountered a similar issue where the profile had no issue. I fixed it by:

Clicking on the search bar beside the window icon (taskbar) and selecting “try out bing …”
