Try another verification method

I've tried for a week now to get help as anytime i try to add my phone number it says Try another verification method. My phone number is fine.

Thats a screen shot of my phone details.

My tab says blocked every time i want to add my phone number. Ive added it to my billing adress ive connected it to my phone. I also tried multiple other phone numbers and browsers.Ive tried different wifi ive tried to clear my chache but nothing. This has happened over and over again. Ive made 5 complaints to the microsoft rewards contact but they just repeat the same thing more or less and i cant reply to them via email so i have to keep on making new complaint and get a different helper every single time . Im really annoyed at this as i have saved up 10k points. I haven't violated terms of service but it says blocked every time I try.

https://ibb.co/brR1xdL and I couldn't contact them back so I have no way of telling them so i reply on email. no response I made another complaint explaining the events of the previous nothing. I'm convinced its just bots replying back to me over and over again.

I noticed that you have already contacted Microsoft Rewards Support and received a response from them.

You need to inform the Rewards team if the number is a VoIP or a cellular SIM number, because Microsoft only accepts cellular SIM numbers.

Also, you have to inform them if you have already added a phone number before, or if you currently have one added, or if there is still a connected number as an account alias.

This information will help the Microsoft Rewards Support team understand better the issue.

Its a cellular sim number how do I tell them that. I don't think I've added this phone number to another account before. But i may have because I have an account at home for my mum. Can you please help me explain that to them

Since the Microsoft Rewards team has already responded to you via email, you can continue the conversation with them by clicking Reply. If you don't receive any further response after several days, you can create another ticket at https://rewards.bing.com/support Please provide them with all the information in one ticket, such as the type of phone number, whether there are no other phone numbers currently connected, whether no other Microsoft account is using the same number, and a screenshot of the exact error message.
