Theres an issue with your microsoft reward of account

I redeemed a gift card, and I had enough points, my account was verified but it asked to send a code to my phone number an I think I typed the wrong one and now I can't redeem. Please help

Please check the following steps:

1. Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser. If you are using the Microsoft Edge browser, go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data and select Ctrl+Shift+Del.

2. Changing browsers.

3. Disabling extensions / going incognito or in-private browsing.

4. DIsconnect from VPN or Proxy server.
