"Something Went Wrong.[Refresh]" Error Message on Bing Chat

Dear Bing Support Team,

I am writing to express my frustration with the Bing Chat service. Every time I try to ask a question, I receive an error message that says "something went wrong, please refresh." This has been happening consistently and is becoming a major inconvenience for me.

I am from Bangladesh and my name is Mohiuddin. I recently gained access to the new Bing Chat service and was excited to use it to get quick answers to my questions. However, with this ongoing issue, I have been unable to take advantage of this service.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible. I believe that the Bing Chat service has the potential to be an incredibly useful tool, but this persistent error message is hindering my ability to utilize it.

Yes, seems other users are experincing the same.

Anyhow, please make sure you go through the troubleshooting steps on your device, just in case:

1. Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser.
2. Disabling extensions / going in-private browsing.
3. DIsconnect from VPN or Proxy server.

If the issue persists, try connecting to a different internet source. Kindly let me

Hello Mohiuddin,

This can be due to the higher volume of people accessing or joining the New Bing Chat, some of its users are experiencing technical issues - they have reached millions of users already.

If my suggestions didn't work, unfortunately, there's nothing much we can do but check the page from time to time or until Microsoft fixes this as most likely this is a server issue.

I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. But, I hope this information helps.

I am also experiencing this problem. I'm disappointed I can't use the Bing Chat service.

Back up now, but it feels like poor Bing had a lobotomy. :(

For some reason it is now limiting the number of queries you can make on a given subject. Then you get "That's the most I can say about that. Click “New topic” and we can keep chatting!"

I loved using Bing before this .... now it is marginally useful only. Really not what I want to see from Bing given the brilliance I saw earlier this week (in spite of the insipid press comments, where they wanted to see a fault).

I have the same issue. I live in the USA and had been using the service fine for multiple days. Since about 3 days ago I now can't access. Every question just generates the "Something Went Wrong" error. I've tried clearing cache, clean browser settings, different computer. Same problem. I would also like to continue to use the service.
