Set Bing Safesearch permanently to OFF

Hi Anthony,

We have tried setting the SafeSearch to Off using different browsers and the setting remains even after restarting the device. Kindly provide the following information to better help you with your concern:

1. What steps have you performed when you turned off SafeSearch?
2. What browsers are you using when accessing Bing?
3. Do you have you Microsoft account logged in while accessing Bing?

I go into settings and turn to off

i have used Firefox, edge and chrime

I have done it signed into Bing rewards 

I have done it signed into Microsoft 

I have done it not signed in

its problematic under all scenarios

i went through bing screens and got bing cs

when they called back-  -it was Microsoft cs

microsoft cs said they know nothing and cannot help because "bing is third party"

software

Is there a way to just delete the safesearch?

or a "permanent" off tied into your account?
