Reward Points not updating

My points are not updating also.  Only the first of daily three is updating.  Ive tried it from my ipad , PC and different browsers.    Of course it now says a missed a day

I am having the same problem. Exact same symptoms as you. Filed a report, was told to go erase all history, cookies, still hasn't worked. I have now lost almost a week of points and bonus streak.

Mine also aren't updating. Shows the correct balance in desktop mode but not on the rewards page. Account is about 8000 points difference now and of course shows the lower balance if you try to redeem them.

The only points that update seem to be items that you click on that take you directly to a page.  Items where you input an answer do not add to the points.

I was contacted by a Microsoft customer service agent twice. The first time it appears that they were not aware of the problem, and offered me some tips on clearing my cache etc. I tried doing what he suggested, nothing worked. I replied back to him with my results, and he wrote back that they are now aware that the problem exists, and they are working on it to get it resolved. But now I have missed out on about 10-12 days of points plus bonus. Anyway, he was very helpful, I am just waiting for it to be fixed. Hope this helps you, you might want to report it to them also.
