I am a bing user and a few months ago (half a year to a year) I invited my mom to join and use bing. She created an account and used bing app for iPad. She signed in once and never had to remember password again. Unfortunately, when it came time to redeem, She or I could not remember the password. The account is refered from my account, I know the location , I know the name, year she was born, the alternative email, how many points she currently has (from Bing App), however, I do not remember the password. I have several ideas that the password could be but they all seem to not work...I can provide home location if needed. I tried the password reset form...but every time I completed info, it told me that I did not have enough info and locked me out for 24 hours. I also remember the security question, however I do not remember the spelling. Please help!
