Removing unwanted and outdated images posted by non-employees

My businesses' Bing listing is confusing clients. Several years ago we moved locations and made some changes to our brand. For the most part the transition was smooth, however, years ago someone took a few photos of the exterior of our old location.

These images are showing up front and center on our bing listing. They confuse clients and we've run into issues with folks showing up at our old location even though it's closed.

I've requested to have the images removed multiple times by Bing --- each time, they were removed but then came back within the week. They are supposedly pulling from Yelp --- but I've claimed our Yelp page and removed all outdated photos.

I also tried to flood the old photos out with new ones, but some of the new ones aren't even coming up in our listing and the old ones are still shown prominently on Bing.

To sum it all up, I want the old photos gone because they show our business in a building we no longer operate in and show a logo we no longer use.

Is there a way to permanently remove photos posted by an old customer from our Bing listing?
