Promotional Offer Code Not Received

Hi Support Team,

We have created a new Microsoft Advertising account on 4 November, setup a new campaign on the same day made payment and started ads campaign but didn't receive the promotional coupon code till now? I read here https://about.ads.microsoft.com/en-in/h/a/microsoft-advertising?s_cid=IN-Acq-AFF-src_Affiliate-sub_EVGR&cjevent=efe6d9be012c11ea823c00440a18050d# that you provide Rs 3000 promotional offer to the new accounts in India and as mentioned here https://help.ads.microsoft.com/#apex/3/en/50829/0 that promotion code comes within 3 days of account setup. Our account is 4 days old and we already spent the minimum account to get promotional code but still we haven't received the same. So please look into this and provide us the promotional code

Microsoft Advertising occasionally runs promotional offers, sometimes called coupons or free credits. These coupons are typically geared towards new customers, and usually requires you to spend money on your advertising campaigns first, and then we give you a credit toward free advertising. For more information on how Microsoft Advertising promotional offers work, please click here.

In order to receive the promotional offer, the account would have needed to be created via the link you provided. If you did so, you should receive your promotional offer via email within three days of account setup. Since the account was created on the 4th of November, you are still within the timeframe to receive the coupon code. Please ensure to check your spam folder to see if the email was inadvertently placed there.

If for any reason that you did not use the link to create your account or you have not received the code within the specified timeframe, I would be more than happy to look into your account to see if we can provide a replacement code.
