ocean commotion not working

yo, imma get straight to the point. u know that ocean commotion sht y'all brung back? it took most of my points and it didn't even work. I tried to refresh and it was saying "there was a problem" and stuff, taking points out of it and I never realized it 'til now. pls either fix the game, or pls return my points.

My apologies and I would suggest to monitor it for a bit more of time as there might be an issue on the system or server that is interfering with this one but if it will still be same later today or tomorrow then you can head over to the link below to check it directly with the MS Rewards Support as they have information and access to provide on what transpired on the issue that you have encountered and again my apologies as this is a user to user forum and therefore we do not have inside access to to be able to cross check this.
