My website is not showing in the bing

Hi,

Everyone

I am new to the bing platform but my website is not showing.

There are many errors on bing when I search my website

  1. Showing wrong information.

  2. Not showing my business listing.

  3. My website is Guitar lessons in Franklin.

Does I need to submit my website in something related to the webmasters

Please help
