Hey there, Cory Harris,

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I'm sorry to hear that your rewards points have dropped. There could be several reasons why your rewards points have dropped. One reason could be that Microsoft Rewards points will expire if there are no earning activities within 18 months. Another reason could be that you may have redeemed your points for rewards such as gift cards, sweepstakes entries, or nonprofit donations. You can check your account activity by signing in to your Microsoft account and going to the Microsoft Rewards page. From there you can view your points balance and account activity. This will show you if any points have expired or if you have redeemed any points for rewards.

If there have been no deductions from your account activity, you may contact Rewards support directly to assist you in investigating/returning your points.

THIS IS JUST ANOTHER MICROSOFT SCAM

Just made an account for the first time and gained 250 points, just lost them all after doing all the earnable rewards.

For no reason literally took all my points away even thought I JUST MADE AN ACCOUNT FOR THE FIRST TIME

This is just another thing microsoft wasted money on and is begging for people to try, and they ALLEGEDLY REWARD YOU.

Well be prepared to have all your point taken from you at any moment, making it a false sense of reward. You make them money, they shaft you in return
