So, I won an xbox series s from scratch and win number 11 and got the confirmation email that my prize will be shipped within 4-6 weeks, but it has been 5 weeks, and my name is also not on the confirmed winner's list page, and my rewards account got suspended 1 day after i won my prize. Will I still receive my prize or how does it work?
