My Places - Saved routes have disappeared

When I have gone onto "My Places" within Bing Maps the routes that I had saved called "trails" have disappeared.

I've either accidentally deleted them, or, Bing have removed them, but they've been saved for months.  

Can anyone please help to restore them?

We would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better:

  • May we know which device you are using to access Bing Maps?
  • Where there any changes made to your device prior to this?
  • Which browser are you using?

Try the following solutions:

  • Clear cache of your browser:

Microsoft Edge

Internet Explorer

  • Make sure that you are login to Bing using your Microsoft account.

Hi,

I'm using my laptop to access Bing Maps through Internet Explorer. I've tried clearing the cache and I've tried using a different browsers but my saved routes are still not there. 

I don't think any changes were made although I was trying to save them as a GPX file. Is there any chance I accidently deleted them?
