My Microsoft Rewards grand prize wont work

No matter what i do, it still wont activate. Ive had this for about 2 days, it keeps saying it will be back soon, so i wait, but nothing happens. When i try to click it, it just sends me to a new tab and if i search up anything, its still does absolutely nothing, i also don't really know how this works. Can someone PLEASE help

Unfortunately, no. I’ve reloaded my Email a million times and still no response. Sorry if this problem is troubling you.
