My microsoft account can't log in to bing webmaster Tools, prompt "Sorry ,an error occurred while processing your request." But I can log in with my google account.

Please try the troubleshooting provided below. If the first step does not work, please proceed to the next step.
*Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser.

*Disable any extensions or software connected with your current browser.
*Try on Incognito or in-private browsing.
*Disconnect any VPN or Proxy server.
*Try using another web browser and see if the issue persists there.
*See if you can sign in on Bing Webmaster on other devices.
