Missing images from my saved images collection

According to the Saved Images, I have 385, all of which I made via the AI Image generator. As of this morning, only the last 35 I saved are displaying; the day before I could see all of them

I'm using Google Chrome, not Edge, so all the previous help given to people won't work as I'm using a different browser.

Can anyone help me recover them?

Also, is there a way to synch bing collections to my onedrive?

Hi

Welcome to Microsoft community.

I understand that you are experiencing the missing images issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot:

  1. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, the browser cache can cause issues with displaying content. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies then restart your browser.

Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.

  2. Try a Different Browser or Device: If possible, try accessing your saved images from a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.

  3. Check Your Internet Connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection as this could affect loading of images.

  4. Update Your Browser: Ensure that you're using the latest version of Google Chrome as outdated versions can sometimes cause problems with websites.

As for syncing Bing collections to OneDrive, unfortunately, there is no direct way to do this. Bing collections and OneDrive are separate services and don't have built-in integration for syncing at this time.

However, you could manually download images from your Bing collections and then upload them to OneDrive as a workaround.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates, thanks.

Best regards

I did all of those things, and nothing worked. However, the issue appears to have resolved itself, as I was able to view the collection again. So unless it happens again, it appears to be working normally again

I wouldn't call my way a full-on solution, but a workaround;

Each collection can display a max of 32 pics without hiding them. So I just sorted out my pics going in order holding only 32 pics each. Example: Landscapes__1, Landscapes_2, Superheros_5, ect.

Know that if they are from different batches of images they won't show in order. Hope that helps and they can get stuff fixed

Hello I've been using Bing Image Creator since launch in September. I have saved about 1000 images but now it's only showing 662. Is there a way to recover the others?? If storage is an issue there should be a message or something to warn people
