My Microsoft Rewards account was suspended without warning around the start of December, 2023. I am unable to submit a support ticket with the suspended account and they will not accept support tickets from other accounts. I have tried everything and I keep getting the exact same response almost word for word. I'm almost convinced there's not a single living member of rewards support and that it's just one AI running it.
Just a few examples of things I've tried
using another browser
signing out and going back in
contacting other Microsoft support members
creating a new account and submitting a ticket for the suspended one
filing an arbitration form
They don't even have an email or number you can reach them at. You have to submit the ticket, but if your problem is that the ticket can't be filled out, there's legitimately nothing you can do, from what I've experienced over the last 5-6 months. If someone could actually help the issue that would be amazing, but rewards support really needs some alternative ways to contact them.
