Microsoft Rewards code too long

A couple weeks ago at this point, I was excited to redeem 6500 Microsoft points so I could get some RP in my favorite game League of Legends. To my surprise I did receive a code, but the code was ONE character too long to redeem. I copy pasted and manually typed the code several times and still no luck, I even tried taking every letter out of the code once to see if I could luckily bypass this obvious error. Now weeks later and the report I sent in seemingly was not read or responded to even after putting in the correct confirmation code. My code is likely expired by now, but I spent points on something I never even got to see, it feels really bad.

It also happened to me, I just managed to solve it.

It is simple: the e-mail they send is wrong.

You have to redeem it at League´s client, at the store.

I hope you are still abble to get it. Good luck
