Microsoft rewards account suspended?

Can you help me? My Microsoft rewards account is suspended, Yesterday it was fine now it is suspended?

ImageI redeemed 200 robux today morning tho? Is that the problem? You redeem something and you get suspended

Please, contact Microsoft Rewards Support about the issue. They will investigate the account and determine whether or not it should have been suspended.

I also suggest you to read Microsoft Services Agreement - Microsoft Rewards to determine if you have violated any of the requirements.

If you believe you have not, scroll down to Binding Arbitration. Click on the link to the form. This method does not cost you anything unless you hire an attorney. An impartial panel will be brought in to make a determination in your case once they have access to the facts.

Members who were suspended have reported back that their accounts were reinstated with all points restored.

My microsoft support page is broken

Whenever I sign into my account it says it not working?

Did they lock my account from there? I tried in Microsoft edge and incognito

I am only 9years old I cannot file a Arbitration form I am only posting this because I got suspended
