Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

  • I don't have multiple user accounts per household

  • I only have one user account per individual.

  • All account information is correct, including the first name, last name, and email address

  • I am residing inside the supported regions.

  • I have never used third-party apps, cheat codes, bots, or any automated methods for this

  • I have written many support requests, but there has been no reply, and nothing has changed

  • still i am suspended.

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. May I ask if you ever used VPN while earning points in Microsoft Rewards? Please note that using VPN is not advisable as it violates Microsoft’s Terms of Services: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ph/servicesagreement/. Also, please ensure you’re not sharing the same phone number with other accounts as doing so violates the program policy and may result in account suspension. Thank you for your understanding.

-still i got suspend, please try to understand above i am INNOCENT please revoke my suspension

-I've submitted about 15 tickets now with no response resolution to my issue.

Absolutely 0 reason my rewards account was asuspended. Stayed entirely within the services agreement and have had my same account for years.

Don't bother, you are talking to a bot.

THE FACT THAT THEY CAN'T STATE EXACTLY WHY YOU ARE BEING PUNISHED MEANS it's just blanket suspension. They can't even tell you when it will end? You are deemed guilty with no date as to when it will end...only in communist countries do they do this.

They should be able to tell you exactly why and how you can solve it.

Forget them; all this work for 5 bucks a month? Just collect cans for extra money every month. Get out and enjoy the sun and clean up the community, which better than making MS money.

Worrying about missing a day and losing your streak, etc. Not worth it.

Just use google or duck duck go...why give them business when they don't want your business.
