January Quest Not working

Question: You did click to Start your Quest, correct?

Do you see that as checked?

Question: Do you see Bing Searches listed as 1/4 weeks?

If yes, it does show 1/4 weeks, you'll have to perform another 20 searches next week then the third week and the fourth week.

"Complete at least 20 Bing searches each week for 4 weeks. You‘ve completed 1/4 weeks."

Question: Did you perform 20 mobile searches and do you see 1/4 weeks?

You'll have to do the same for week two, three and four as explained above.

"Complete at least 20 mobile searches with Bing set as your default search engine (or using the Bing Search app) each week for four weeks. You‘ve completed 1/4 weeks.​​"

Question: Do you see 1/4 weeks next to the Daily Sets?

If yes, you'll have to do the same in week two, week three and week 4.

"Complete at least three daily sets every week this month. You‘ve completed 0/4 weeks."

Once January is nearing the 31st of the month, you should see 1/4 go to 2/4, 3/4 and 4/4 as you continue to perform the tasks set forth.

I did not see this until you posted your question. Yesterday I saw the January 2020 quest was for Renting or Buying Movies. I just started this new January quest and hopefully I will see it again tomorrow on my dashboard.

I did all that. Everything is listed as 1/4 weeks, except for my daily sets. Even though I've done 4 (only three required)it still doesn't give me credit for the daily sets. Support has not responded.

By any chance did you do a Daily Set prior to clicking the Start link on January 2020 Quest?

I have 0 and have performed Daily sets every day but I did not click the Start link until today.

I don't know who Bing was that you spoke to but that information is incorrect.

I don't have an Xbox so it is a Microsoft Rewards issue on Bing Forum. Twenner's question is now in the right place.

Did you receive Confimation that Support has received your request?

Usually you will receive a Support Email within 24 hours after posting your request for assistance.

Check your Junk mail and Delete folders to ensure they did not go there. If you have not heard from them by tomorrow, file another request for assistance.

Edit: Clear your browser cache files and Start PSR (Step Recorder) before performing Daily Tasks. Step Recorder will keep a record of your steps as proof for support. If you receive a Support Email, when you reply to them, include the step recorder. This helps in their investigation.
