I'm Jen, and I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.

As far as I know, there is no option yet that allows users to change Bing results page to dark mode. However, you can use the flag that enables the dark mode on websites as a work-around. To do this, type “edge://flags” into Edge’s address bar and press Enter. At the top of the Experiments page, search for “Dark Mode”. Click #enable-force-dark, select Enabled and click Restart.
