I am physically unable to fill in a support request.

Hi, for some time now I have been collecting Microsoft points in order to redeem them for certain rewards, However when attempting to redeem these points i am met with the message:

"Your account is restricted at present as your recent activity is indicative of a potential breach of the Microsoft Rewards terms of service.  We strongly urge you to use search in good faith, and your rewards account will automatically be restored upon improvement. If you believe this is an error you can open up a Customer Support Request.

Now this would not be a problem as I know I have not violated any form of TOS or agreement and so I attempted to fill in a support form ONLY TO BE MET WITH

ANOTHER MESSAGE STATING:

"Your Microsoft Rewards account isn't following the rules you agreed to when you joined the programme. Review these policies in the Microsoft Services Agreement governing the programme which you accepted when joining."

What is MOST infuriating is I cannot fill in the support form at all, every box is greyed-out and so I cannot receive support whatsoever. This is the worst form of customer support I have ever encountered and so as a final hope I turn to the community questions board. Please help me I just want to redeem my hard-earned points.

TLDR: I cannot redeem points for rewards, I go to fill in a support form for this issue and dispute the claim I have violated TOS, yet I cannot rebuke these claims as the claims apparently inhibit users from filing a support request.

Hey Henry!

Nice to meet you! I'm Darhyl, an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry you are experiencing this on Microsoft Rewards. No worries, let me help you sort this out.

Kindly try to perform the following workarounds:

1. Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser.

To clear your browser cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge, go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data and select Ctrl+Shift+Del. You can also type "edge://settings/clearbrowserdata" in your address bar to access this function.

2. Disabling extensions / going incognito or in-private browsing.

In Microsoft Edge, select Extensions located to the right of your browser address bar, then select Manage Extensions.

Select the toggle next to the extension you want to turn off.

3. Disable any security programs that might be interfering with Bing's functionality.

4. Try using different browsers or search engines.

Then fill up and submit a dispute using the link below:

https://rewards.bing.com/support

If the issue still persists, the next step is the Arbitration method. Members who did follow this method have reported they were reinstated after following the steps to Arbitration. Their accounts were restored to them intact with all points accumulated prior to the suspension.

If according to you, you have not broken any rules, navigate to the Binding Arbitration section:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/servicesagreement

Click on the Arbitration and dispute resolution link in this section:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/arbitration

Go to Demand for arbitration, expand, and download the Notice of Dispute form (PDF).

Fill out the form and mail it to Microsoft. Then wait for 60 days for the dispute to be resolved.

If unresolved after 60 days, download the Demand for Arbitration form (PDF). Fill it out and mail it to Microsoft.

Follow the rest of the process as mentioned in the section.
An unbiased panel will be assigned to resolve your case, once they have all the facts in place.

Now, wait till the Microsoft Rewards support team gets back with an email response.

I'm also now having this issue, i can't even fill out the support application even when doing all of the above. I also don't believe that i will be able to do the arbitration method also due to living in the uk.
