Hi, for some time now I have been collecting Microsoft points in order to redeem them for certain rewards, However when attempting to redeem these points i am met with the message:
"Your account is restricted at present as your recent activity is indicative of a potential breach of the Microsoft Rewards terms of service. We strongly urge you to use search in good faith, and your rewards account will automatically be restored upon improvement. If you believe this is an error you can open up a Customer Support Request.

Now this would not be a problem as I know I have not violated any form of TOS or agreement and so I attempted to fill in a support form ONLY TO BE MET WITH
ANOTHER MESSAGE STATING:
"Your Microsoft Rewards account isn't following the rules you agreed to when you joined the programme. Review these policies in the Microsoft Services Agreement governing the programme which you accepted when joining."
What is MOST infuriating is I cannot fill in the support form at all, every box is greyed-out and so I cannot receive support whatsoever. This is the worst form of customer support I have ever encountered and so as a final hope I turn to the community questions board. Please help me I just want to redeem my hard-earned points.
TLDR: I cannot redeem points for rewards, I go to fill in a support form for this issue and dispute the claim I have violated TOS, yet I cannot rebuke these claims as the claims apparently inhibit users from filing a support request.
