How to remove SEARCH result when URL no longer works

I am trying to use the content removal tool to remove an outdated cache, which is my name, phone number and address, off a bing search, but it won’t work. 

If I search my phone number the result still has all my info listed in the SEARCH RESULT, but when I click the link it says: 404 page not found.

So, when using the content removal tool and put in any info THAT IS ON search page (name, phone number and address, etc.) I keep getting an error message saying: The entered text does not appear in the Bing cached version of the page. Please enter a word that appears in the cached version of the page but no longer appears on the web page.  Like I am literally LOOKING at the info, I don’t understand why it keeps saying that. AND, I just did this same exact thing on google and it worked fine.

I also tried using the "remove page" option and get the error: The URL you submitted still works on the web and isn't a broken link...."

Shawn - you did not answer the question. I have the same question.

My information is listed in a cached search on Bing. The cached version says the site was crawled over 2 years ago. The webmaster tools does not work for removing cache links in Bing.

HOW CAN WE SUBMIT THE LINKS TO BE REMOVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WE NEED A BETTER TOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
