How to remove an outdated search result on Bing.com?

I’m having troubles with removing an outdated search engine result on Bing.com. I can’t remove the search engine result on Bingwebmastertools because it’s stating that the url is a live content. It’s an outdated search engine result, but, the term keeps recrawling back in the Bing search engine. Also, I have been having troubles because I can’t make an outdated search engine an Error 404 because the website was removed years ago. I need the Bingwebmastertools to reindex the search engine result or remove the search result but, they didn’t contact me back yet. I’m having a hard time with removing this outdated search engine result!!! How can i remove the search engine result if the website is removed? I need your help asap!!!

This doesn’t help my problem. I need to remove the autosuggestion. I need to remove the auto suggestion out of the Bing search engine. How can I do that on bingwebmaster tools?

If you see the Result in Bing Search results - Click Feedback at the bottom of the page

Click Dislike

Click on the url of the result which will not open

Write a detailed request to Support/Developers then click Submit

You contact the webmaster or owner of the website that is listing the web page.

I don’t know the owner of the website or the website was removed. How do I block or remove an old autosuggestion?

Ok thank you. How do you get a court order? Which lawyer service can help me with this issue and will reach out to Bing?

I don’t know the website because the page was removed over three years  ago. Also, I’m not the owner of the website. The URL was removed but, the autosuggestion is still there. Its so weird. Can I send it you through via email?  Can someone from Bing, can manually remove it?
