How to remove a bing cached image?

I used the bing content removal tool to remove the cache of this one page, however there is still a picture of me (that has been removed from the source) that shows up in the bing search results?

Why does this not remove the image on bing search results when it's removed from the source and how can I get this accomplished?

The bing content removal tool said it was successful but all it did was update the page, the image still shows up on bing search results. Thank you.

This does not answer my question. I am talking about images, not cached web pages.
