How to find the "My Places editor" in Bing Maps

Whatever I do and try, I cannot toggle a 'My Places editor' with an 'import' button (to import GPX and KML files). I tried it in Opera, Firefox and Internet Explorer, and what I get when clicking on 'my places' in the menu, never contains an 'import' button nor a 'draw' button. 

So I cannot import GPX-files in Bing Maps nor draw a route on a Bing map and then export it.

I would be very grateful to anyone able to help me.

Still needing assistance, repost the question to TechNet Forum.

Well, pushing the "My Places" button does not open the "My Places Editor" but only a "My Places" list at the left hand side. So, I cannot open the "My Places Editor" what is exactly my problem.

Who can help me find the "My Places Editor"?

Open My Places

There will be 3 ... on the right next to the x

Click the dots and you will see the option to Edit.

This is what I get to see when I click the 3 dots: no "edit", just "print".

See the three dots straight across from Home, Work. Those are the dots I am referring to.

OK, I clicked on the 3 dots next to "work" and this is what I get:

When I click on "Edit", I get an edit box in which I can only change text:
